Compliance frameworks
Reporting built for the frameworks your auditors and board use.
Every project's compliance dossier is structured to slot into existing reporting workflows — not a custom format your team has to translate.
Section 135 / Schedule VII
Companies Act CSR compliance. Ecological brief, species lists, survival counts, photographic evidence, and Schedule VII category mapping delivered at kickoff, planting completion, and each monitoring milestone.
BRSR Principle 6
Biodiversity index, canopy coverage, estimated carbon sequestration, species count, and survival rates formatted for direct use in BRSR Core KPI tables. No rework needed by your sustainability team.
CER & ESG
Corporate Environmental Responsibility documentation and ESG investor communications structured as executive briefs with data tables and photographic evidence.
Carbon Credit Trading Scheme
MRV-ready data (species inventory, survival rates, canopy density, biomass estimates, time-series growth records) structured for CCTS protocols. Third-party verifier coordination when formal credit issuance is needed.
Green Credit Program
Plantation design and monitoring aligned to GCP verification criteria — canopy density tracking, survival data, and species registry for audit-ready submissions.
Audit-ready documentation
All reports delivered as structured PDFs with data tables, photographic evidence, and executive summaries. Designed to survive procurement, auditor, and board-level scrutiny without follow-up requests.
Quality & sourcing
Species verification and field standards that hold up to scrutiny.
Species data integrity
Every species in our 616-species library is cross-referenced against IUCN Red List conservation data, GBIF occurrence records, and regional phenology databases. Scientific names are verified against accepted taxonomy — not nursery catalogues. This means your species lists are defensible in audit and board contexts.
Native-only policy
No exotic ornamentals, no invasive species, no monocultures. Every plantation uses a multi-layered native polyculture adapted to local soil, climate, and biodiversity goals. Species percentages are documented in the compliance dossier.
Survival accountability
Gap replacement is built into the establishment phase — failed saplings are replanted during the first two monsoon cycles at no additional cost. Survival counts are reported at each monitoring milestone, not estimated. Our flagship 5-acre project has a documented survival rate exceeding 90%.
Direct implementation
Gardenia implements directly — not as consultants handing off to contractors. The team that designs the species matrix is the team that plants, monitors, and maintains the forest. This means accountability runs through every stage, not split across vendors.
